The Project Manager at Timeless Construction is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle - from award through closeout. This role manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client expectations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The PM serves as the key point of contact for clients and is responsible for project documentation, progress tracking, and proactive issue resolution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • · Lead project kickoff meetings and create baseline project schedules.
  • · Develop and manage project budgets, buyouts, and change orders.
  • · Coordinate with field superintendents for site execution and logistics.
  • · Maintain frequent and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • · Issue and manage subcontract agreements with support from contracts admin.
  • · Ensure timely submittals, RFIs, and procurement logs are maintained.
  • · Chair weekly project meetings and issue meeting minutes.
  • · Track and forecast costs, schedule risks, and procurement timelines.
  • · Ensure compliance with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
  • · Drive project to successful closeout including punch list and warranty documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Construction Management Software. (Sage CM)
