PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY
Properly and effectively communicating with and managing subcontractors and vendors. Meeting tight schedules, understanding blueprints, maintaining quality and safety on jobsites. Documenting projects, meeting owners, managing inspections and successfully executing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct daily field operations on assigned commercial projects coordinating all trades, managing subcontractors, and ensuring productive workflow across multiple geographic locations
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring 100% compliance with Timeless safety standards and achieving zero OSHA recordable incidents
- Maintain or exceed set project schedules. Handling communication and logistics coordinating material deliveries, equipment, subcontractor sequencing, and resolving field issues within 24 hours
- Ensure quality execution monitoring workmanship, conducting inspections with QA Manager, and maintaining specification compliance throughout construction Communicate proactively with Project Manager providing daily progress updates, identifying schedule risks, budget concerns, and change order opportunities
- Travel as needed to project locations across North and South Carolina with flexibility for extended assignments (weeks to months)
- Work extended hours as needed to deliver projects on time.
- Good communication skills and problem solving ability.
