• Direct daily field operations coordinating all trades ensuring productive workflow and adherence to project schedule
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring 100% compliance with Timeless safety standards and zero incidents
• Manage subcontractor performance monitoring quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and resolving field issues within 24 hours
• Maintain site logistics including material deliveries, equipment placement, temporary facilities, and access/egress
• Document daily progress with photos, daily reports, and workforce tracking in Sage Construction Management
• Coordinate quality inspections with QA Manager and third-party inspectors ensuring timely scheduling and pass rates
• Communicate proactively with Project Manager on progress, issues, changes, and schedule impacts daily

- Minimum three years of experience as a commercial construction site superintendent

- Bachelor's - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred

- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards

- Relevant certifications such as OSHA, LEED, or similar are a plus.

- Strong leadership and team management

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills

- Proficient in Project Management software, preferably Procore

- Meticulous with strong organizational skills.
