## Company History

TIMELESS was founded in 2007 by Tony Johnson, who earned his General Contractor's license and incorporated Timeless Properties Inc. after years at 84 Lumber building deep expertise in estimating, blueprint reading, and value engineering. Early work included repainting and renovation projects for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW), local school systems, and government entities — which led to the creation of the TIMELESS Paint & Drywall division. The company grew steadily through the 2008 recession, Hurricane Florence, COVID-19, and material shortages by diversifying into interior build-outs, new construction, and development, and by building long-term subcontractor and developer relationships.

In 2023–2025, Tony Johnson expanded the team and service lines significantly, acquired a new office facility, obtained NC Utility and NC Highway Contractor licenses, and completed a full rebrand to TIMELESS Construction — positioning the company for continued high growth across the Carolinas.
